1. Sabanis
The website www.sabanis.com belongs to “Dimitrios Sabanis and Partnership – Development Ltd”, a private company legally seated in Greece, Karagiorgi Servias 12 str., PC 10562 Athens, with VAT Number 998621593 and Company registration number (G.E.MI. – Greek abbreviation) 007514201000 (“Company”, “Sabanis” or “We”). Sabanis is a Greek luxury jewellery brand.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Website by any means, the users of the Website (“Users” or “you”) fully and unconditionally accept these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). These Terms apply to any use of the Website and any purchase or other action you make through the Website. The Terms apply in full force as if they had been made in writing and signed. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website. By using the Website by any means, you represent that you have the authority, right, and capacity to enter into this agreement and that you will abide by all of the present Terms.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 All content included in or made available through the Website, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, artworks, jewellery, audio clips, designs, source code, and the Website as a whole, is the intellectual property of the Company and protected by the applicable copyright laws. The Company owns all intellectual and industrial property rights either directly as the creator or indirectly licensed by the respective creators. It is prohibited, among other things, to copy the design, graphics, images, texts, logos and the entire content of the Website, to reproduce, modify, publish or distribute by any means the Website, in whole or in part, as well as its content and jewelry displayed therein. It is also prohibited to decompile or by any means make unauthorized use of the Website’s software.
3.2 All the designs of the products available on the Website are original and the Company’s own intellectual creation and thus enjoy protection under the applicable copyright and industrial design laws. It is prohibited to copy any product designs by the Company.
3.3 The features appearing on the Website are either registered trademarks of the Company or of third parties and enjoy protection under the applicable trademark laws and international conventions and treaties. The display of these trademarks on the Website shall under no circumstances be regarded as a license to use these trademarks without prior written permission of Company.
3.4 Any infringements of intellectual property rights set out in paragraphs 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 by any means shall draw the subsequent penalties and liability foreseen by applicable law.
4. Personal data processing
The processing of the Users′ personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Website.
5. Account Creation, Appointment booking, Purchase, After-sales services
5.1 Account Creation
5.1.1 You may create an account on the Website. To create an account, You have to submit your first and last name, your email address, your chosen password, and optionally your phone number if you want easier access to order tracking information. You also optionally choose whether you are more interested in female or male-oriented jewels. After filling in the requested data, accepting the Terms of Use and clicking “Create an Account”, you receive an automated email to activate your account. Once your account is activated, you may log in by entering your e-mail and password. You do not need to have an account in order to place an order. You can proceed with your online purchase as a guest. On the other side, by creating an online account, you facilitate your shopping experience by saving time at checkout. You can save your personal, shipping and payment details once, and simply log in to track your order, at any time thereafter. You will be able to keep record of your order history, save your favorites in your Wishlist and share them with family and friends, and sign up to our email newsletter to enjoy our latest news and creations.
5.1.2 In case you forget your password, you can reset it by following the steps below: Click on the “Sign In” icon Select “Forgot Password” Insert your email address and click on send You will receive an email with a link in order to create your new password.
5.1.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are personally and solely liable for all actions taking place via your account and for your proper log-out after the end of each use. You shall promptly inform the Company if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any possible security violation. Company is not liable for any damage caused to Users who fail to comply with the present term.
5.1.4If you wish to delete your account, you can either send a deletion request to [email protected]
or delete it directly from your account profile by going to Details → Delete Account.
5.1.5 If you’re happy to keep in touch with us, you can subscribe to our newsletter on the footer section on our website. Alternatively, you can register to your account and then accept to receive information about Sabanis. You can opt out at any time.
5.1.6 In your ‘Wish List’ you can save your favorite products, keep track of them and eventually purchase them whenever you please. You can also send your ‘Wish List’ to others and include a personalized message.
5.2 Appointment booking
You can book an Appointment with one of our client advisors, either by calling us at +30 210 3230683 or by using the Contact Form that you will find on the Website, in the tab “Book an Appointment”. The appointment can take place by phone, video call or in-store. By filling in your full name, title, e-mail address, phone number, choosing the date and time, kind (call/video/in-store) and the purpose of the appointment, as well as any message to the client advisor that you may have, confirming that you read our Privacy Policy and clicking “send your request”, you request us to contact you and confirm your appointment.
5.3 Purchase
You can place an order either via the Website or by phone. If you would like to place your order by phone, please call our Customer service team at +30 210 3230683.
5.4 After-sales services
Company offers a range of after-sale services. Please find all our after-sales-services and their respective terms in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Section of the Website, under the Title “Shopping Guide”.
6. Contract information – Pricing
6.1 We provide you with clear, correct, and understandable information about the product before you purchase (e.g., main characteristics, total price inclusive of taxes, delivery costs (if applicable), and any other additional charges).
6.2 The Company reserves the right to adjust the prices of products at its own discretion. If we change the price of a product, the new price does not have a retroactive effect on previous orders before the price change. The price available at the moment of the order applies.
7. Payment methods and transaction security
7.1 Payment methods. Currently, we only accept one form of payment per order. You may use any of the following payment methods: -Payment by credit/debit card -PayPal -Bank Transfer When you choose to pay via bank transfer, your order is pending and will be completed upon receipt of full payment. You should note in the comments area “E-shop payment” and the “name” under which the order was made.

The bank transfer shall take place within 2 days of the order, otherwise the order will automatically be cancelled. Οnce your funds have arrived in our bank account, we will confirm receipt of payment with you and we will contact you to arrange shipment of the Product.
7.2. For most items, you will be charged the full amount, once we have verified your card details and received credit authorisation and the product is ready to be shipped. Personalised items will be charged before shipment by the time the order is placed. Once the order is received on Sabanis.com, our Client Services will contact you to confirm the order and process the payment.
7.3 Transaction Security
We take the importance of security in electronic transactions very seriously. We have taken all the necessary measures to ensure that payment services are delivered with the highest security. Our e-shop uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for secure on-line trading. This encrypts and safeguards the information you send to us through the internet. If SSL is allowed, you will see a padlock at the top of your window, which you can press to learn more about the SSL digital certificate registration.
8. Shipping and delivery
8.1 We assure you that we thoroughly inspect all products before they are shipped to you to detect any potential defects and to ensure the highest quality.
8.2 We offer shipping in Greece, all the European Countries and the United Kingdom. To secure the delivery of your jewellery, we do not ship to P.O. box addresses and all orders must be signed upon receipt. To inquire about International Shipments please contact our Customer Service. We are happy to assist you.
8.3 When you proceed to a transaction, you choose a delivery method. You can either choose your order to be shipped to you, or pick it up from our store (at Voukourestiou 2 Str., Athens, Postal Code 105 64), as will be mentioned below.
8.4.We offer fully insured express shipping throughout Greece and Europe at a flat rate of €50 for orders up to €35,000.
For orders exceeding €35,000, a shipping fee of €200 applies.
For all ready-to-ship jewellery pieces, the estimated delivery time is:
- 2–4 business days for deliveries within Greece
- 2–7 business days for the rest of Europe
Engraved items require an additional 3–5 business days, while personalised or bespoke creations may require up to 1 month for delivery. If there is any change to the estimated delivery time, we will contact you so you know exactly when to expect your order. For international shipments, any applicable duties or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. For details, please contact your local customs office. If you require delivery on a specific date, please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You may also track your order by logging in to your Sabanis Account.
8.5 You can place your order online and choose to collect it from our store. Please notify us of your intention to pick up your order in-store either by email or by phone. An in-store pick up confirmation email will be sent when your order is ready for collection. You then have 15 days to pick up your item. Don’t forget to print and bring with you the confirmation email and a valid photo ID upon collection. If you wish somebody else to collect your order on your behalf, please contact our Customer Service and give your order number and the name of the person that will pick up your item. For security reasons, the person must have a valid Id and a copy of your in-store pick-up confirmation email, upon collection.
9. Cancellation, Return Policy, Warranty
9.1 Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled or amended, within 24 hours from the date your order is received. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected].
9.2 Returns are subject to the following conditions: The item is under the same condition as it was at the time of the delivery, namely not used, it is accompanied by its packaging, all its certificates, and receipt or invoice of purchase.
9.3 The return of the product is possible: When the product delivered is not what you ordered. In this case, the product shall be returned within 14 days of delivery, otherwise our undertaking is not obliged to proceed to a second delivery. When the product has material defects, you can ask for a replacement or a full refund. In these two cases (a and b), we bear the return costs only if you send the items with the courier company we cooperate with. In case you wish to use another courier company, you shall bear such costs. The item shall be carefully packed to avoid possible damages during shipping. When you want to exchange a product. Within 14 days of delivery, you have the right to exchange the product you received with another desired item in our Flagship Boutique in Athens, which is of the same price or a higher price if you wish to pay the difference. We do not exchange products purchased on sale. You shall bear the cost of any damage to the product caused during the return. This right does not apply to goods prepared to customer specifications or tailored to the personal needs of the customer (custom-made products). In case you want to cancel your order for any reason (“right of withdrawal”). You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. This right shall expire 14 days after the day you received the item. If the right expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day. It should be clarified the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods prepared to customer specifications or tailored to the personal needs of the customer (custom-made products). If you want to cancel a purchase, you have to inform us via email and send back the item. You have to send the goods back within 14 days of informing us. You may also use this withdrawal form (hyperlink). When you submit a cancellation request, we give you a refund within 14 days of receiving your request. However, we can delay refunding you if we have not received the goods or evidence that you have returned them. Your refund includes any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase. However, we may charge you delivery costs if you specifically requested non-standard delivery (such as shipping to Europe/UK or international shipping). We use the same payment method that you used when you purchased the product or service.
9.4 By exchanging your product or cancelling your order for any reason, you shall bear the return costs, unless you prove that the products delivered are not what you ordered or they have material defects.
9.5 Every Sabanis Jewellery piece comes with one year authenticity warranty covering manufacturing defects. All diamonds from our bridal collection, that weigh over 0.25 carats, have their own certificate, delivered by the gemological laboratories of GIA, HRD or IGI.
9.6 Please note that if you are returning a piece to have it resized or cleaned, you bear the postage costs.
9.7 Please note that Company is not liable for any loss or damage while your jewellery is on its way back to us.
9.8 In case of jewellery you received as gifts and you want to return, kindly note that we can only refund the payment to the purchaser.
10. User obligations
10.1 You agree that all information you submit upon creation of your account on the Website is accurate and truthful.
10.2 When using the Website’s Contact functions, such as contacting us through Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), Whatsapp, or Appointment Booking -Contact form, you agree that you will not: – send content that is vulgar, indecent, obscene, slanderous or otherwise offensive or objectionable; – upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or transmit) files that contain viruses or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of the Website;
10.3 You agree that you will not use the Website for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.
11. Links to third Party Websites
The Website may contain links, hyperlinks, banners or tabs leading to websites operated by third-parties. The content and use of such websites shall be subject to the terms of use of the respective websites. Under no circumstances shall Company guarantee that these links will operate without interruption. Company reserves the right to remove or add links without notice and to change the content of the Website at any time. You acknowledge that under no circumstances shall we or our representatives be held liable for the content of the hyperlinks the Website contains, the policy of those sites regarding personal data processing, the services/products the external sites may offer, the advertisements they may contain nor for any financial or other form of loss or damage suffered by a viewer visiting such sites. 12. No Warranty Company provides the Website on an “as is” basis and grants no warranties. Company does not represent or warrant that the pages, services, features and contents of the Website will be uninterrupted, secure or error free or that any defects or errors will be corrected. Company does not guarantee that any content or information you obtain through the Website will be accurate. Despite our efforts, there is no guarantee that the Website does not contain viruses or other harmful content. 13. Limitation of liability Given the nature and volume of the information on the internet and the Website services, under no circumstances, including that of negligence, shall Company be held liable for any form of loss or damage sustained by the Users due to their use of the Website. You make use of the Website at your own risk.
14. Indemnification by You
You agree, to the extent permitted under applicable law, to indemnify and hold harmless Company and our affiliates from and against any damages and/or expenses, including attorney’s fees due to, arising out of, or relating in any way to your use of the Website or breach of the present Terms.

17. Amendment of Terms of Use
We may modify or renew these Terms from time to time either to comply with new legal frameworks or to reflect changes in Company’s practices, business needs, etc. For this reason, you should regularly visit this page to get informed of any changes. If the new Terms include material changes, we will notify you in advance by reasonable means (e.g., via e-mail). If you continue to use the Website after the new Terms come into effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
18. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The present Terms, and any amendment thereof, are governed and shall be construed under and in accordance with the Greek law. Any action arising out of or pertaining to these Terms may be initiated and maintained in the courts of Greece.
19. Miscellaneous
If any provision of the above Terms is contrary to the law, it shall automatically cease to apply and shall be removed, without affecting in any way the validity of the other Terms.
