For bank transfers, we confirm receipt of payment once your funds are credited to our bank account. We then contact you to arrange the shipment of the product. For most items, you are charged once we verify your card details, receive credit authorisation, and the product is ready to be shipped.

Personalised items are charged for, before shipping, at the time the order is placed. Once your order is received on sabanis.com, our Customer Service Team contacts you to confirm the order and process the payment.
