If your piece of jewellery experiences a shock or impact or if you notice any signs of damage, we recommend refraining from wearing it until you have it examined by one of our experts at a SABANIS store.

Our skilled experts will provide meticulous care for your jewellery, conducting a thorough inspection of the stone settings, clasp functionality, and aesthetic details. Missing components can be replaced, and any broken parts will be repaired or reconstructed to restore the beauty of your SABANIS jewellery. After assessing the service needed, you will receive a quotation. Once you accept it, we will carry the service through as promptly as possible to ensure your precious jewellery will shine brightly again.

Resizing

Available for bracelets, necklaces, chains, or rings, our resizing service allows for adjustments within specified limits, ensuring that the item’s aesthetics, comfort, and quality remain intact. While some of our uniquely designed pieces may have restrictions on resizing, we invite you to consult with Sabanis experts for guidance and specific resizing details for each model. You can either ship your jewellery to us or visit our physical store.

Rings resizing

To resize a ring down, we remove a piece of the band, form it back and seal by soldering. This applies for a range of 2-3 sizes below. A wider range might require re-setting the stone(s) or replacing the ring band.

To resize a ring up, we add an extra piece of metal to the band so that the desired size is reached without “stretching” it to gain diameter.

We normally adjust the fit by resizing within a range of three sizes below or above the original one. We offer the first resizing complimentary. If you need to alter your ring by more than three sizes, or  resize a ring with an engraving , we can do it at a low cost.

The process takes around 3-5 working days from the day we receive the ring. As part of this service, we will re-polish your ring, so that it looks shiny and brand new again! The laser welder gives a flawless finish, falling within the highest possible standards.

Earrings adjustment

At Sabanis, we offer a specialised earring service to enhance your comfort. Our experts can adjust your earring clips to increase or decrease the tension and gap, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit on your earlobe.

Bracelets with clasps

We adjust the size of bracelets for a comfortable fit. For fixed designs, we use laser resizing or create a new bracelet to ensure a perfect fit on your wrist.

Adjustable clasp bracelets can be easily adapted to your wrist, ensuring a flawless fit without compromising their aesthetics or stability.

Necklaces and chains

We add extra links to necklaces and chains so they can be fastened at different lengths, allowing them to be worn comfortably with any look.

Engaving

Your Sabanis piece can be uniquely personalised through engraving, whether it’s a name, a date or a message on the precious metal. Please note that this service is subject to technical constraints and space availability.

Engraving is skillfully performed by our expert craftsmen and is available upon request at the time of purchase in-store or online for all items that have the engraving option.

Please note that bespoke and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
